Shipping Cost
We offer FREE Delivery Australia wide on all orders regardless of size, over $80.
For orders under $80 our standard shipping rate is $9.95.
All orders are dispatched within 2 days from payment, depending on stock availability.
Delivery Time
Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping within Sydney metropolitan areas. 4-7 Business days for Regional Australia.
(Please note this will vary if ordered on public holidays and in peak season periods.)

New Zealand: 5 – 10 business days
Other countries: 7 – 15 business days
Please note, these times are estimated delivery times only and international orders can be subject to delays due to custom clearances.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation or tracking details within 5 business days, please email us with your name and order number and we will investigate this for you.
We use Australia Post & independent couriers receipted delivery service for all our orders, which is a door to door service and may require a signature on delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver may leave your order in a secure place unless otherwise noted at checkout.
A notification email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number is assigned to each carton of your delivery once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our central warehouse.
Refunds & Out of Stock items
From time to time we may be unable to fulfil an item/s that you have ordered due to manufacturing delays. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you advising you of the expected time of arrival for your product. You will have the option to either wait for the product to arrive into our warehouse, choose another product or receive a refund.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
